We invite you to join us at Toad Hall Lodges in Suffolk. A beautiful area of the UK where we can train together, relax and recover. A perfect opportunity to get ready for an autumn marathon or trail race, each weekend will be tailored to your needs.
The area near Southwold is a perfect location for a long weekend training camp. If you are training for an autumn half marathon, marathon, trail race or ultra then this camp is for you. Beautiful trails and country roads, and a great group of people to train with and share some stories.
We will be based in the amazing Toad Hall Lodges in east Suffolk.
We want you to leave your stresses in the city. This Training Weekend is designed to be fun, meet new people, get expert advice, enjoy the process, get in some quality training and learn. We would love to see you there.

Date 1: Friday 4th October - Monday 7th October
Date 2: Friday 25th October - Monday 28th October
Date 3: Friday 8th November - Monday 11th November
Date 4: Friday 22nd November - Monday 25th November
Cost:
Book 1 weekend: 600 GBP per person all inclusive.
Book 2 weekends: 550 GBP per person per weekend all inclusive.
Book 3 or 4 weekends: 500 GBP per person per weekend all inclusive.
What is included? 3 nights (shared) accommodation, Daily yoga instruction, Daily guided runs, coaching, education and advice over the whole weekend. All meals which includes Breakfast x 3 (Saturday, Sunday and Monday), Lunch x 2 (Saturday and Sunday), Dinner x 3 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). We will have exclusive use of the accommodation during the entirety of our stay.
What isn’t included? Your transport to the accommodation, personal holiday insurance, running snacks & drinks (bring your own).
How Do I book?
If you want to secure your place we would require a deposit of £200 with the balance due 4 weeks before the camp. You can pay a deposit through PayPal by sending the money to hello@runnamasteeat.com with a reference of your name and which date you want to book.
