Join us at Toad Hall Lodges

This is your invitation to come and spend a long weekend with us training in the Suffolk Countryside. We have sole use of the beautiful Toad Hall Lodges with limited spaces available on each weekend.

We invite you to join us at Toad Hall Lodges in Suffolk. A beautiful area of the UK where we can train together, relax and recover. A perfect opportunity to get ready for an autumn marathon or trail race, each weekend will be tailored to your needs.

The area near Southwold is a perfect location for a long weekend training camp. If you are training for an autumn half marathon, marathon, trail race or ultra then this camp is for you. Beautiful trails and country roads, and a great group of people to train with and share some stories.

We will be based in the amazing Toad Hall Lodges in east Suffolk.

We want you to leave your stresses in the city. This Training Weekend is designed to be fun, meet new people, get expert advice, enjoy the process, get in some quality training and learn. We would love to see you there.

 
 

The Accomodation

At Toad Hall Lodges there are five, handcrafted timber lodges providing luxurious accommodation for our guests. Each lodge had memory foam mattresses with soft, fluffy duvets and pillows to ensure a good nights sleep. Toad Hall Lodges has it’s own yoga studio where Rachel will guide you through your yoga practice (no experience necessary) to leave you feeling rested and restored.

The Trails

The Suffolk coast and heathland has numerous trails and country roads for us to get the miles in. Flat and fast running to get you ready for your autumn races! We welcome any level of runner as long as you can run around 10km without stopping.

Food

All food will be plant based (vegan) and as much as possible locally sourced. Toad Hall Lodges has a communal outdoor kitchen where we will be preparing your food and sharing our meals together around one of the outdoor fire pits enjoying the restorative energy of the surrounding nature.

Yoga & Meditation

Moving, breathing and learning to tune in to ourselves. Yoga and meditation for every body and every mind delivered with kindness, patience, a strong training in anatomy and a good sense of humour.

 

The Details…

Date 1: Friday 4th October - Monday 7th October

Date 2: Friday 25th October - Monday 28th October

Date 3: Friday 8th November - Monday 11th November

Date 4: Friday 22nd November - Monday 25th November

Cost:

Book 1 weekend: 600 GBP per person all inclusive.

Book 2 weekends: 550 GBP per person per weekend all inclusive.

Book 3 or 4 weekends: 500 GBP per person per weekend all inclusive.

What is included? 3 nights (shared) accommodation, Daily yoga instruction, Daily guided runs, coaching, education and advice over the whole weekend. All meals which includes Breakfast x 3 (Saturday, Sunday and Monday), Lunch x 2 (Saturday and Sunday), Dinner x 3 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). We will have exclusive use of the accommodation during the entirety of our stay.

What isn’t included? Your transport to the accommodation, personal holiday insurance, running snacks & drinks (bring your own).

How Do I book?
If you want to secure your place we would require a deposit of £200 with the balance due 4 weeks before the camp. You can pay a deposit through PayPal by sending the money to hello@runnamasteeat.com with a reference of your name and which date you want to book.
